1. Tailor-Made Fabrication
We fabricate offshore lifting gear such as spreader beams, padeyes, lifting baskets, and DNV 2.7-1 cargo carrying units. All designs are customized to your lifting scenario, including load paths, center-of-gravity analysis, and rigging compatibility.
2. Structural Steel Works
We execute offshore-relevant steelwork — such as access platforms, bracing, walkways, pipe supports, and container modifications. Our team ensures compliance with welding codes (AWS/ISO), corrosion protection specs (NORSOK M-501), and third-party inspection.
3. End-to-End Engineering
From concept development to fabrication drawings, through to stress verification and load testing — everything is done in-house. We issue fabrication data packs, load certifications, and drawing books for client records and authority review.
