2009 – Company Establishment
O.S Offshore Services Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2009.
Initially operated with a small team and limited business volume.
Recruited highly experienced professionals from leading fabrication and inspection companies.
Began building a reputation for high-quality service and customer satisfaction from the very beginning.
2010 – 2013: Entry into the Oilfield Market
Leveraging its team’s technical expertise, O.S entered the oilfield services market.
Offered design, fabrication, NDT inspection, maintenance, and load testing services.

2017 – 2019: Facility Upgrade and Rapid Growth
Due to increasing demand, the company relocated its facility from VCP port to its current location opposite PTSC Downstream Port.
Expanded its operations to include DNV 2.7-1/BS EN 12079-compliant offshore container design and manufacturing.
Became known for providing safe, cost-effective, and certified lifting and offshore solutions.
2020 – 2023: Diversification of Services & Process Optimization
