At OS Offshore Services, we specialize in providing load testing and certification services for all types of lifting equipment used in offshore environments, including cranes, pad eyes, spreader beams, shackles, slings, and custom lifting frames. Our procedures strictly follow international standards such as DNV-ST-0377, LOLER, and ASME B30 series to ensure maximum safety and regulatory compliance.
With our in-house engineering team and mobile testing units, we can deliver both proof load and functional testing directly at the customer’s site, be it offshore rigs, shipyards, or fabrication workshops. Our experienced inspectors are trained to identify load path failures, material fatigue risks, and improper rigging configurations — helping you eliminate hazards before operations commence.

1. DNV-Approved Testing Protocols
We are certified by DNV to conduct load testing and issue certifications in accordance with international lifting standards. This includes hydrostatic, dynamic, and proof load testing for various lifting appliances and loose gear.
2. Custom Load Frame Fabrication & Engineering Support
For non-standard lifting points or complex load paths, our mechanical design team can fabricate purpose-built test rigs, spreader beams, and certified load frames. We support full engineering documentation including load analysis and structural verification reports.
