On the morning of October 10, the entire team gathered on the beach of Nha Trang, standing out in striking red uniforms. The energetic atmosphere was set right from the opening ceremony, featuring the “Together We Shine” and “Team Building 2026” banners against the backdrop of white sand.

Group activities took place vibrantly throughout the morning—ranging from obstacle courses and human pyramids to challenges requiring seamless coordination. These moments served as a great reminder that a strong team is built not just by outstanding individuals, but by working together to achieve something greater.

Gala Dinner: Unity – Quality – Breakthrough

The highlight of the trip was the Gala Dinner themed “Unity – Quality – Breakthrough”. After an active day on the beach, everyone dressed up and gathered in a warm, formal setting to celebrate together.

The Gala night was filled with joy, featuring musical performances by our very own team members, a lucky draw, and surprise awards. The Board of Directors shared sincere words of encouragement, recognizing the relentless efforts of individuals and departments over the past year.

Perhaps the most memorable mark was the group photo taken at the end of the event, with everyone making heart signs and smiling brightly—knowing they were in the right place, alongside colleagues they truly trust.

Returning with Renewed Energy

Concluding the 3-day journey in Nha Trang, everyone returned with fully recharged enthusiasm. Team Building 2026 was not just a vacation—it was a time to reflect, understand each other better, and clearly feel that we are part of something truly meaningful.
